What are some good pitching exercises to do to get back into shape?

I had surgery on my foot and just recently stated to get back into the game. I have been out in view of the fact that LAST September, so I am really out of shape. I am a quick pitch softball pitcher.

Can someone give me tips on Slow pitch softball pitching?

I am the pitcher for an all girls slow pitch softball league and the head-over-heels distance from the plate to the bank is 53 feet!!! Im having issues with height and distance (cause it’s pretty far). The 53 feet is supposively the ordinary for slow pitch leagues. Is there anyone that can offer tips on ball grip, distance and height? That would be much appreciated. Thank you soooo much!!!!

Can you wear a Phiten necklace when you play fast pitch softball?

I just bought a Phiten necklace and I am wondering if I can wear it when I play quick pitch softball. I play high school and club and I know there is a rule about no jewelry, but does this kind of necklace count as jewelry or not? Thanks!

In slow pitch softball, how do you push the ball instead of pulling the ball when I hit?

While playing slow pitch softball, I bat right and can only seem to hit the ball (pull it) between 2nd and 3rd base, and naturally only right down the 3rd base line. What’s the trick to hitting it to the opposite meadow (between 1st and 2nd, which would be a push hit)? I want to be able to hit the opposite meadow at will, or at nominal amount hit the gap between the shortstop and second baseman.

Where can I buy a slo pitch softball mat in the Greater Toronto Area?

I have looked the planet over for a slo pitch softball mat. 2×3 feet rubber mat for head-over-heels softball. I have looked the planet over and I cannot find one for the life of me. Any help would be momentously appreciated.
I have looked at Walmart and have had no luck. Is there a specific Walmart?

Even if you played quick pitch softball your initially year. I am 14 years ancient.
I play for a city league. I can’t play for the school. I’m homeschooled.

How can I be a good Umpire for fast pitch softball?

This will be my initially year ever being an on the meadow/behind the plate umpire.
I am Umpiring for Girls Quick Pitch Softball.
I will be umpiring for girls 8 and below/ 10/ and 12 and below. (years ancient)
Any tips on not messing up and or vital rules to dredge up?
I have had training already. I’ve gone to some clinics.
