I'm good at softball pitching but my coach doesn't know. How can I tell him without being rude?
Well I like to softball pitch in my free time but my coach doesn’t even know I’m excellent. We already have three pitchers on my team and they aren’t even excellent. So how should I tell him I want to try head-over-heels nicely? And how do I tell him his daughter isn’t excellent at head-over-heels too?

In Sports, are head coaches/managers overrated?
In particular, the media always raves about what fantastic coaches guys like Phil Jackson, Bill Belichick, Tony Dungy and Joe Torre are, but if you look at description, Jackson is a dud unless he has a hall of fame duo like Jordan and Pippen or Shaq and Kobe, Belichick was nothing lacking Brady, Dungy was nothing lacking Manning, and Torre had a terrible track record until he tied a team coming off a playoff apperance with a fantastic payroll.
I’m not tiresome to discount any of their accomplishment, but if Ryan Leaf was the quarterback of the Patriots or Colts would they be attractive superbowl just in view of the fact that of who their coaches are? I personally feel that the coach/administrator plays a role, but is often overcredited (and sometimes overblamed) for the consequences a team has on the meadow, and at the end of the day you need excellent players to have a successful team, regardless of the coach, but i am unusual as to what other reckon

Is it right to "steal" students?
This happened in the Equestrian planet, but I suppose it’s not terribly different from other sports.
I’m captain of our university riding team. We train during the year at a barn, let’s call it barn A. We’ve always really liked it there, they gave us a discount and often grant "extras"
One of our more well yet to be riders got a job there over the summer teaching for children camp, and by all accounts she’s a excellent coach and respected by all.
Now, here’s the come forth. She has messaged people, including team members, offering to lecture them education vaguely cheaper at barn B, which is owned by her other coach and everywhere she seems to want to set up a side business doing some ad hoc coaching.
I’m worried in view of the fact that she doesn’t seem to have told Barn A she’s doing this (soliciting their customers) and I don’t really want to sour the team’s link with our ancient coach who has agreed us so much. I personally don’t want my team members training with her for a variety of reasons.
Does she have the right to do this? Should I say something to our coach? Should I even let her stay on the team this coming year? Or am I way of base here? Delight, let me know what you reckon.
