is this a good 6th grade essay on baseball vs. softball?
You hit the ball and run the bases, everyone thinks that’s it to baseball and softball…but there is more. Though you may only see the hitting of the ball or the running of the bases, it’s also the like of the game, the cheers of the crowd, the hard rules that you have to stay on, and much more! It’s right; baseball and softball are nearly the same sports except for a few foremost differences. I reckon that what you are about to hear will exchange your heart and spirit about baseball and softball, seeing how they are akin or different and all.
Baseball and softball settings are kind of like the game Mirror Key. You see the same business, but if you look more studiously there are some things that are different. Many lucky ones know the feeling of edginess building as you walk done the darkened entrance, the smell of the fresh cut grass growing stronger and stronger, then irrevocably the set alight opens up in adjoin of you presenting the stadium yet to be. This is the setting for American loving sports, baseball and softball. That’s right they may be different sports but they have the same setting. The tan line of the shape on the conservational meadow is everywhere they play. Though the game being performed may stink, and though it’s not your favorite team playing, no real American would turn down tickets to a game of either baseball or softball. That is why I say that the stadium shall always be full as long as the games of baseball and softball don’t die as passes by time. Both baseball and softball may be played on a shape but they both don’t play the same game of food! Though there may be no insane man throwing peanuts yelling “Heads up!” like there usually would be at a baseball game, there is a snack bar to fill the hungry needs of fans at a softball game. So you may be walking into the same picture when visiting either a baseball or a softball game, but we all know they are different in their own way!
Each game needs rules and though baseball and softball are practically akin in many ways, they are also different. Football, dodge ball, soccer…these are all sports with the most akin rules? Well they are baseball and softball. Presume how dull a sport would be lacking players! Luckily baseball and softball both have 9-10 players. But, all the 9-10 players on each team can’t stay in one spot! That is why both baseball and softball have infielders and outfielders. Don’t despise the game cause they ‘aint the same! The differences are why we like ‘em! For persons who don’t innings are when both teams of each game get to play, and while baseball has 9 innings softball has 7 innings. Overhand throws and underhand throws are two absolutely different things. One is more commanding, while the other one…not so much. So if you are wondering which has the more commanding toss, its baseball which uses the overhand toss, while softball uses the underhand toss? Though some may not like the rules and others reckon it’s unfair we soothe stay on them with the kindness of our hearts.
With no gear and no players there would be nothing left but a dusty, void meadow with crickets chirping in the social class. But, I thank god every day that mankind solved that conundrum by making gear and having players! Bats and balls aren’t the only business akin in the topic of baseball vs. softball. Sliding is a useful trick in both baseball and softball, but to do this safely, no topic what sport you need knee pads for the nominal amount; and both baseball and softball use them! Ride out some people consider it “manly” or not, both sports have their alteration. Baseball is thorough to be a “manly sport” by many people. But, softball takes the lead as a “womanly sport”. I estimate that’s why most boys join baseball while girls join softball. Due to the “manliness” of baseball the ball is a hard colorless ball with red-stitched like lines on either side, yet softball has a softer golden-haired ball instead. From this we all learn that there is nothing better than a bat, ball, and players to play and like the sport.
Well, now you know what to do if you are ever faced with having a ball, bat and a shape meadow…play either softball or baseball! But, dredge up that they each have there separate settings, rules, gear, and players. Irrevocably we now know that there are many different things in the planet of baseball and softball.
thanks for your help! my supporter really appreaciates it (this wasn’t mine it was my acquaintances) she wanted to see wat people thought. she changed her conclusion and it wouldn’t indent. and she said she was later the 5 paragraph rule so thats y its so long.

Too long I got bored with you hit the ball
ya i like it…
Sure, it’s a really nice one. So basically you’re comparing the manly sport and the womanly sport all right. But some people(such as some of my classmates <<gr.6 too!) force get bored of reading it in view of the fact that it’s so long.
You forgot to indent. Other than that it looks excellent.
hm…dredge up this for next year, by the way: if you are writing a investigate paper, don’t use pronouns (e.g. she, he, it, they, we), primarily the word "I"! you have a excellent hook, but the thesis may maybe be worded better. your conclusion is excellent, but a bit long… i like this essay…even though i don’t really take pleasure in sports. it may maybe be better, but it’s a well-written 6th grade essay.
Yeah I estimate ! I dont like Baseball or Softball though !
not terrible
I’d give you a B -
yes its pretty excellent for a 6th grader but always remeber keep it fleeting but soothe get your point crosswise…
